Digital Communication Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Digital Communication Specialist to support day‑to‑day digital marketing operations for our premium outdoor brands. The role is on‑site in Charleston and works closely with Creative, Content, Brand Marketing, and eCommerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and manage email and SMS campaigns using go‑to‑market calendars.
• Maintain and update automated email flows and SMS segmentation.
• Coordinate creative asset trafficking and paid media updates with agency partners.
• Assist with paid media reporting, campaign recaps, and social engagement monitoring.
• Support TikTok Shop product setup and operational coordination.
• Organize event logistics, product ordering, shipment tracking, and on‑site event support.
• Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and deployment schedules across owned channels.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing assets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or marketing coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for outdoor, fishing, or hunting industries is a plus.
