DevOps Engineer – Automation & Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive automation, improve reliability, and scale our platforms. The role works closely with development, operations, and IT teams to deliver continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software development.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into DevOps processes.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and deployment processes.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to provide 24/7 production support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ruby).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA) are a plus.
