Department Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Department Manager to lead one of our key restaurant areas. You will ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every guest while overseeing the performance of your team and department systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts, guaranteeing excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set departmental goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and report results.
• Guest Service: Ensure crew deliver great experiences, execute sales promotions, train staff on service procedures, and keep Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru organized.
• Kitchen: Deliver high‑quality, fast food, maintain food safety standards, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
• People: Hire qualified crew, provide thorough training, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead shifts and manage a department in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Strong focus on delivering a consistent, friendly guest experience.
• Experience setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting performance metrics.
