Delivery Advocate

About the role

ImageFIRST is seeking a Delivery Advocate to transport linen and laundry products between our facilities and client locations. You will be the face of the company, ensuring timely, safe deliveries while creating a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up products according to the delivery manifest.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper sanitation after each run.
• Operate company vehicles safely, complying with all motor vehicle regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, including signed delivery manifests.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, repairs, and accidents promptly.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings.
• Promote ImageFIRST values and build strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• Professional appearance and ability to lift at least 35 lb consistently.
• Valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle up to 10 hours daily.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sense of direction and knowledge of the service area.
• Exceptional customer service and clear written/ verbal communication skills.
