About the role

Join Pilot Company as a Deli Baker and help create a welcoming experience for travelers at our travel center. You will prepare, package, and sell store‑baked products while maintaining high standards of food safety and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and sell store‑baked products to company standards.
• Organize and stock work areas to keep the deli well‑supplied.
• Prepare food following process cards and company recipes.
• Follow food safety and handling standards and practices.

Required profile

• Strong guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest‑focused culture.
• Accurate sales transaction handling.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Maintain processes and policies consistently.
• Proficient with computers, telephones, and other equipment.
• Team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• ServSafe certification (preferred).
• Basic computer and telephone operation.
