Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Juicekeys is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience in its Raleigh location. You will work closely with the Store Manager and step in as manager on duty when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead shifts, train and motivate staff, and maintain high service standards.
• Prepare drinks according to Juicekeys recipes and quality guidelines.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste control.
• Create schedules, cover shifts, and handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Maintain a clean, food‑safe store that meets health and safety standards.
• Address customer concerns promptly and support local marketing and community events.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in food service, retail, or hospitality with some leadership exposure.
• Strong communication, team‑building abilities, and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, organization, attention to detail, and willingness to obtain a food‑handler certification within 30 days.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lb.

Required skills

• Basic math proficiency.
• POS (point‑of‑sale) system operation.
