Defense Attorney – Partner Track – New Mexico (Albuquerque/Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a Defense Attorney to join our growing litigation team in New Mexico. The position offers a partner‑track pathway, allowing you to build and lead your own practice while working from our Albuquerque office or remotely within the state.
Key responsibilities
- Manage insurance defense cases through all phases of litigation.
- Take and defend depositions, conduct motion practice, and handle discovery.
- Appear in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Communicate with clients, provide case updates, and prepare trial materials.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
