Dedicated Billing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Billing Coordinator III supports Ryder’s finance operations by auditing daily expense and revenue data, processing client invoices, and ensuring contract compliance. This fully remote position requires strong attention to detail and effective communication with internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Audit daily manifests, verify notes, add revenue, and review expenses for payment.
• Generate and submit client invoices on a daily or weekly basis.
• Maintain and audit client contract files and billing instruction documentation.
• Research billing discrepancies and resolve issues with field operations.
• Serve as a backup for other billing specialists as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
