About the role

As a Deals – FDD Contracts and Closing Mechanisms Senior Associate, you will support clients through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by delivering strategic advice and business diligence. You will focus on assessing quality of earnings, cash flows, assets and other key deal issues while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to evaluate quality of earnings, cash flows and deal‑specific risks.
• Provide strategic advice and business diligence services for M&A transactions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support client decision‑making.
• Conduct financial statement analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage deal processes, contractual agreements and closing mechanisms.
• Collaborate with clients to navigate complex transactions and maximize value.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in all client engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate client needs and deliver high‑quality work.
