About the role
Join PwC’s Deals – Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team as a Summer 2027 intern. You will be immersed in a fast‑paced environment, supporting clients on complex transactions, accounting advisory, and financial reporting projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in financial modeling and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other capital market transactions.
- Support regulatory reporting and preparation of client deliverables.
- Conduct research on accounting standards, transaction structures, and market trends.
- Coordinate project tasks, track timelines, and contribute to team documentation.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop insights that add value for clients.
