Data Scientist – Machine Learning & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join a Fortune 500 product‑based organization in the United States. You will work on large‑scale data platforms, develop advanced machine‑learning solutions, and help turn complex data into actionable insights for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Design, validate, and deploy machine‑learning and predictive‑analytics models.
• Build statistical models to solve real‑world business problems.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights.
• Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimisation for production‑grade models.
• Develop forecasting, recommendation, classification, and clustering models.
• Support experimentation, A/B testing, and performance measurement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit‑Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and predictive‑modeling techniques.
• Experience with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of data‑visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
