Data Integrity Excellence Analyst

About the role

Join MANTECH's Enterprise Human Resources team as a Data Integrity Excellence Analyst. You will conduct routine and complex HR data audits, maintain HRIS data in Workday, and collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure high‑quality data that supports decision‑making and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular audits of Workday data to identify and resolve anomalies, missing information, or logic errors.
• Execute mass data updates using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), adjust organizational hierarchies, and modify job profiles with precision.
• Analyze and streamline existing HR processes, support user acceptance testing for system updates, and provide tier‑2 data issue resolution.
• Partner with Payroll, IT, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless data integration.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc HR reports, audit rosters, and support compliance and internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in HR data analysis, HR operations, or HRIS administration.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Workday HRIS (including EIB creation and execution).
• Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning).
• Data visualization and reporting tools.
