Talent Acquisition Partner II

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner II will source, screen and recommend candidates for Airbus positions across all levels, from entry to senior leadership. The role involves developing advanced sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive new‑hire experience while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, delivering high‑quality shortlists and conducting interviews.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Maintain job postings across multiple media, manage the applicant tracking system, and produce recruiting reports.
• Partner with business HR leaders to anticipate talent needs and build pipelines.
• Represent Airbus at recruiting events, college fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment and labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.
