Data Entry Specialist – Onsite, 8:30 AM‑4:30 PM

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to work onsite during a regular 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM shift. The role involves handling medical documents, entering information accurately into electronic systems, and supporting routine office tasks in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Read source documents and enter data into designated fields with high accuracy.
• Collect, compile, sort, and verify data for completeness before entry.
• Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
• Scan or upload documents into the system.
• Answer phones, maintain office supplies, and perform other routine office/lab duties.
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
• File or distribute completed documents as required.
• Perform any other related duties assigned.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of data entry experience.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong computer skills, including simultaneous use of multiple applications.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $22.
• Stable onsite schedule (8:30 AM‑4:30 PM).
