About the role
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering information into our database and software platforms, ensuring smooth transaction flow and timely delivery of tickets to customers. This entry‑level position supports the sales pipeline and helps maintain data integrity across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Input customer and transaction data into the designated database/software.
- Verify pricing information to prevent errors.
- Monitor and facilitate a smooth flow through the selling pipeline.
- Ensure customers receive their tickets promptly.
- Diagnose data‑related errors and implement problem‑solving measures.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with a strong attention to detail.
- Previous inventory or data‑entry experience preferred.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.
- Attributes: hustler, patient, articulate, reliable.
