Data Entry Operator – 1st Shift

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a reliable Data Entry Operator to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations. The role involves accurate and timely input of data using a computer system, contributing to the efficiency of one of the world’s largest logistics networks.

Key responsibilities

• Input inbound and outbound data into the computer system.
• Collect, review, and enter data accurately and timely.
• Verify entered data against source documents to detect errors.
• Maintain procedural lists, control records, and coding schemes.
• Compile production and performance data for reporting.
• Respond to customer data requests as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑12 months of data entry, system, or reporting experience.
• 0‑12 months of warehouse or shipping and receiving clerical experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (minimum 1 year).
