Data Entry Clerk – Remote

About the role

Via is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to support administrative tasks and digital record management. This remote position is open to candidates across the United States and offers both full‑time and part‑time options.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Process, upload, organize, and maintain digital documents and electronic records.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting errors and duplicates.
• Maintain organized electronic files and document management systems.
• Convert, edit, and format digital documents, including PDF files.
• Provide administrative assistance and support routine data processing activities.
• Handle confidential information securely and professionally.
• Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with no prior experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with spreadsheets and databases.
• Understanding of digital document management.
