Data Entry Clerk – MDR Remediation (50 openings)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced team supporting a critical Medical Device Report (MDR) remediation project in the North Chicago suburbs. You will help ensure FDA regulatory compliance by entering and validating high‑quality data related to medical device reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review, enter, and validate data for MDRs, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain data accuracy to support audit readiness and FDA inspections.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reconcile data and prepare submission packages.
• Perform repetitive data‑entry tasks with consistency and focus.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Basic computer proficiency and good organizational skills.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with a hybrid schedule (3 onsite, 2 remote).
