Data Entry Clerk

About the role

Join Blount Fine Foods, a family‑owned manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods, as a Data Entry Clerk on the first shift (6 am‑2:30 pm). You will support fast‑paced production lines by accurately recording process data and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify departmental HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps for each batch from start to finish.
• Assist with pack‑out line set‑up and production support as needed.
• Enter all recipes into the production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues and communicate findings to leads and coordinators.
• Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) devices for data capture.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months of related experience or training is acceptable.
• Detail‑oriented, team‑oriented, and able to follow established procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a "can‑do" attitude.

Required skills

• RF (Radio Frequency) usage for data collection.
