Data Entry Clerk – Full‑Time Contract in Houston

About the role

ProRecruiters is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join its growing team in Houston. You will be responsible for entering large volumes of sensitive information accurately and efficiently while supporting broader administrative tasks during a summer project.

Key responsibilities

• Enter high‑volume, sensitive data into database systems with accuracy.
• Review and verify information for completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and meet daily entry quotas.
• Support additional administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required).
• Prior data‑entry experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable, professional, and punctual.

What we offer
