Data Entry Clerk – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join Blount Fine Foods as a Data Entry Clerk on the 2nd shift, supporting the production of premium fresh prepared foods. You will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate documentation of batch processes and recipe data.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify department HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps from start to finish of each batch.
• Assist with pack‑out line set‑up and production support as needed.
• Enter all recipes into the production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues and communicate findings to leads and coordinators.
• Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) equipment for data capture.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑3 months of related experience or on‑the‑job training.
• Detail‑oriented, team‑focused, and able to follow established procedures.
• Comfortable working the 3 pm – 12:30 am shift.

Required skills

• Radio Frequency (RF) usage for data capture.
