Data Entry Analyst

About the role

LaBella is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Analyst to join its team on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on entering, updating and maintaining data within the SAP Global platform for a confidential client, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update and maintain data in SAP according to client specifications.
• Analyze equipment records, as‑built plans, GIS data and other sources across multiple software platforms.
• Verify data for completeness, consistency and correctness, and report any discrepancies.
• Support data validation, maintenance and error identification.
• Follow established documentation standards and processes for digital data updates.
• Work independently, submit timely status reports, and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders.
• Attend virtual meetings as required and travel to the client office to handle physical records.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn new software platforms quickly.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
