About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Entry Agent to join our team in New York. The role focuses on accurately inputting, updating and maintaining data across multiple systems while ensuring confidentiality and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and software systems.
• Verify and cross‑check information to ensure consistency and eliminate errors.
• Organize and maintain electronic records in an accessible and secure manner.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Review data for completeness and follow up with relevant teams to clarify discrepancies.
• Perform regular data backups to safeguard entered information.
• Generate reports and summaries from the entered data as needed.
• Assist in implementing data quality control procedures and standards.
• Communicate with team members to resolve data‑related issues while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• High typing speed with strong accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing large volumes of data.
