Data Center Global Program Manager

About the role

The Data Center Global Program Manager leads worldwide upgrade and retrofit projects for a client’s data center portfolio, overseeing program requirements, stakeholder engagement, and lifecycle support across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer upgrade/retrofit program processes across a global portfolio, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and obtain approval for program budgets, cash flow, and spend commitments in collaboration with the client’s Cost Control team.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with technical authorities, and create program documentation.
• Identify process and communication gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement of program workflows.
• Prepare program reports for client management, highlighting schedule health, budget status, risks, and opportunities.
• Mentor project execution, evaluate construction workarounds, and support design team activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead multiple global programs with competing priorities.
• Experience managing program budgets, cash flow, and financial approvals.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, technical authorities, and external vendors.
• Capability to assess technical issues, develop solutions, and support design and constructability reviews.
