Data & Automation Manager

About the role

Join Satair, part of the Airbus family, as a Data & Automation Manager to support global commercial teams with analytical insights and automation solutions. The role drives a data‑driven culture, ensuring data availability, maintaining dashboards, and exploring new automation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure data availability and compliance on platforms such as Skywise, applying data‑mesh principles.
• Create, maintain, and own dashboards and data products in Skywise, Qlik and other tools.
• Leverage AI to develop automation solutions and select appropriate technologies for each project.
• Provide commercial analytics and insights using statistical methods to improve performance and support proposals.
• Lead deployment and governance of data and automation improvements with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years experience in Business Analyst, Data Analytics or Process Automation roles.
• Experience in a business consultancy environment is highly desired.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Skywise and Qlik for dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with AI programming and automation tools.
• Knowledge of SAP, Freshdesk and other IT systems.
• Understanding of data‑mesh principles and data product lifecycle.
