Data Applications & Analytics Analyst

About the role

LBA is seeking a Data Applications & Analytics Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of the business applications that drive its commercial real‑estate activities. You will act as the primary liaison between business users in leasing, accounting, asset management, operations, and finance, and the IT team, helping to resolve data and process issues while supporting reporting, integrations, and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for application questions, support requests, and data issues from business users.
• Respond to daily data and configuration requests across operational and business systems.
• Develop deep knowledge of data flows, from entry to consumption, across all core platforms.
• Partner with business teams to scope, test, and deploy application enhancements, configuration changes, and workflow improvements.
• Assist with user access reviews, role assignments, and permission updates.
• Diagnose and triage reporting and application issues, identifying root causes in process, source data, integration, access, or logic.
• Participate in testing for system integrations, data migrations, releases, and workflow changes.
• Document business processes, system workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to data integration work across the cloud data platform, BI tools, and broader system landscape.
• Build, test, and monitor pipelines that move source data into centralized reporting environments.
• Maintain tables, lakehouse structures, warehouse objects, and validation layers.

• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional comfortable working between technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with natural curiosity to investigate data and process issues independently.
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear, plain‑language updates for non‑technical users.
