About the role
Norms Technologies is seeking a full‑time Data Analyst to join its on‑site team in Cheyenne, WY. In this role you will turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Design and develop data models that streamline business processes.
- Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports for cross‑functional teams.
- Identify trends, create forecasts, and present findings through advanced visualisations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical results into business recommendations.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with solid knowledge of statistics.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic on‑site team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Experience in the technology or consulting sector is a plus.
