About the role
The Perot Museum’s Insights and Analytics team is seeking a Data Analyst to improve data gathering, analysis, and reporting. This on‑site position in Dallas supports museum leadership, donors, and grant writers by delivering accurate dashboards and performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal dashboards and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with museum departments to provide data‑driven insights for operational improvements.
- Respond promptly to ad‑hoc data requests from internal stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate data presentations for Board meetings and other internal forums.
- Partner with the IT team and external implementation partners to refine data processes and system integrations.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey results and assist in survey design.
Required profile
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build cooperative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Clear and concise communication abilities.
- Willingness to work fully on‑site in Dallas, Texas.
