Data Analyst I

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst to join our Faculty Services team. You will ensure data integrity across multiple systems, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with IT, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders to drive data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve and validate data from internal and external sources.
• Develop queries, reports, dashboards and automated processes to monitor data quality.
• Audit and maintain data quality and business process documentation.
• Assess business requirements, automate workflows, and enhance CRM/xRM applications.
• Analyze performance metrics, communicate insights, and recommend actions.
• Design and integrate data flows between MS Dynamics/CRM and other systems.
• Support the creation of operational dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system builds, customizations, reporting and data clean‑up.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Interest in continuous improvement within a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and query writing.
• Basic proficiency with MS Dynamics / MS CRM and related developer tools.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data quality monitoring and metadata management.
