About the role
Jobright is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that guide the learning and improvement of its AI agents. You will work on AI‑driven products that reshape how people discover careers, ensuring your analysis directly influences product decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Surface data‑driven insights that inform how AI agents are tuned, evaluated, and improved over time.
- Build reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to product teams and external stakeholders.
- Respond quickly to data requests, turning analytical outputs into accessible narratives.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0‑2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
- Strong communicator capable of presenting trends to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Working understanding of statistics and basic concepts of AI and machine learning.
- Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States.
