Dangerous Goods Processor – 1st Shift

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools' fast‑paced warehouse in West Memphis as a Dangerous Goods Processor on the 1st shift. You will ensure the safe, compliant handling and shipment of hazardous items, especially those containing lithium‑ion batteries, while supporting daily Made‑to‑Order (MTO) processing.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare MTO goods each day according to customer specifications and production schedules.
• Handle dangerous goods safely, maintaining proper separation, palletising, and labeling for lithium‑ion battery shipments.
• Complete accurate dangerous‑goods paperwork and distribute it to required parties.
• Log battery classifications and shipping labels in Excel and manage label inventory.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect packaging for integrity before dispatch and follow all relevant regulations (49 CFR, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in ongoing training and recertification for dangerous‑goods handling.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass 49 CFR training and apply complex regulatory guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and labeling.
• Physical capability to lift and move packages safely.
