Cyber Data Privacy Consultant

About the role

As a Consultant in Deloitte's Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will support the design and implementation of privacy technology solutions that help organizations meet regulatory requirements, strengthen data governance and enable trusted business outcomes. You will work across configuration, integration, testing and deployment, with client, vendor and cross-functional teams, and may take on greater ownership of privacy-by-design initiatives, Consent & Preference Management and AI governance. Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify privacy technology gaps and lead working sessions to gather requirements and define use cases
• Configure, integrate, test and deploy privacy tools so clients can automate their privacy capabilities
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot issues and test end-to-end deployments
• Manage project activities across the SDLC, including regular check-ins with team members and vendors
• Maintain technical configuration documentation and oversee solution deployment and rollout

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a similar engineering discipline
• 2+ years of experience in software design, architecture and technology implementation
• 1+ year of experience with OneTrust and other technologies
• 1+ year of implementation experience with OneTrust, Ketch, Transcend, Cassie or Securiti's Consent & Preference Management solution
• Able to travel 25-75% on average

Required skills

• General knowledge of global and domestic privacy regulations and of integrating technologies with third-party tools and APIs
• Preferred: understanding of marketing technologies (CDPs, consent, cookies, tag management)
• Preferred: familiarity with OneTrust, BigID, Securiti.ai and integrations with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Informatica MDM and MuleSoft
• Preferred: knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, LGPD and privacy concepts such as data inventory, data subject rights and privacy impact assessments
• Preferred: Agile/Scrum, project management and change management experience
