About the role
Rogo is looking for its first Customer Support Specialist to join a fast‑paced support team. You will be the front‑line contact for existing clients, handling chat and email inquiries and turning feedback into product improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries in chat and email queues, meeting SLA targets.
- Diagnose root causes, provide clear workarounds, and assist teammates.
- Identify process optimizations and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Customer Support Managers, Product, Engineering, Sales and Post‑Sales teams to ensure smooth support operations.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or user operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Highly ambitious, eager to be an early hire and help build a future team, especially in the APAC region.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in a high‑volume, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in financial and AI markets, with an analytical mindset using data for decisions.
