Customer Support Representative

About the role

Forward Financing is seeking an Inbound ASD Customer Support Representative to provide bilingual (English & Spanish) assistance to customers with funding inquiries. The role collaborates across the Santiago and Boston offices to ensure high‑quality support and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts in English and Spanish, addressing balance inquiries, payoff information, and general payment support.
• Interact with customers via phone, online chat, email, and face‑to‑face as needed.
• Manage document handling, validation tasks, and general inbox duties for the Customer Support team.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and meet departmental KPIs and service level agreements.

Required profile

• Advanced fluency in English (and Spanish) – both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service or customer support roles.
• Customer‑focused, relationship‑building mindset with strong listening skills.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work flexible hours (11 am‑8 pm EST) and collaborate with teams in multiple locations.
