Customer Success Representative (Remote)

About the role

BARBRI is looking for a motivated Customer Success Representative to join its fully remote team. You will help customers and students achieve their goals by delivering fast, friendly support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service via email, phone, live chat, SMS, social media and other channels.
• Process enrollments, orders, modifications, refunds and maintain accurate customer records.
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer service, support or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a calm, solution‑oriented approach.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional maturity and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM, ticketing or customer support platforms.
• Proficiency with common business software applications.
