About the role

The Customer Success Representative will be the main point of contact for customers of a small Florida‑based HVAC company. Working remotely, you will handle daily back‑office tasks and collaborate closely with the owners as a key member of a small team.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and return calls as needed.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and take credit‑card payments.
Build purchase orders and send invoices to customers.
Submit permit applications online and follow them through.
Perform other back‑office tasks that arise to ensure jobs run smoothly.

Required profile

Strong spoken and written English.
Ability to work with little supervision and manage own time.
Trustworthy when handling customer credit‑card payments and data.
Goal‑focused and comfortable being a supportive team player in a small business.

Required skills

HouseCall Pro
QuickBooks or similar accounting software

What we offer

Full‑time remote opportunity (Monday to Friday, 8 AM‑6 PM ET).
Payment in USD according to candidate’s preference.
