About the role

The Customer Success Representative will be the main point of contact for customers of a small Florida‑based HVAC company, handling back‑office operations and ensuring smooth job execution.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, return calls, and manage customer communications.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and build purchase orders.
Send invoices, process credit‑card payments, and submit permit applications online.
Perform various back‑office tasks as needed to support the owners and small team.

Required profile

Strong spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently, manage time, and be trustworthy with payments.
Personable, upbeat, and comfortable in a small‑business, startup‑mindset environment.

Required skills

Experience with HouseCall Pro.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

What we offer

Full‑time remote position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM–6 PM EST (50 hours/week).
Payment in USD or local currency according to candidate preference.
