Customer Success Representative

About the role

Plastic Express is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join its hybrid customer service team. You will act as the primary liaison for Fortune 500 and smaller customers, ensuring their logistics, warehouse, and transportation needs are met with best‑in‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Process bulk trucking and packaging orders received via email, SAP, web portals, and EDI.
• Enter customer orders into the TMS/WMS system accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare end‑of‑day reports and maintain up‑to‑date order status.
• Answer phones, forward calls, and take messages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Research information as needed to resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain inventory records and investigate any discrepancies.
• Assist customers with inventory reviews and provide timely feedback.
• Monitor the “Open Order” process to ensure orders progress smoothly.

• Ability to thrive in a high‑pace, high‑transaction environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with sales, marketing, accounting, HR, and executives.
• Commitment to handling confidential information appropriately.
