Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

OroraTech is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the long‑term success, retention, and growth of its U.S. state, local, and utility customers. You will be the primary relationship owner from post‑sale through renewal, helping government agencies and utilities adopt the company’s wildfire intelligence platform and turn data into measurable operational value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 government accounts worth $1M+ in annual recurring revenue.
• Serve as the main point of contact for executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, including detailed stakeholder maps.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and training to accelerate value realization.
• Conduct regular operational and executive check‑ins, track adoption trends, and create success plans.
• Identify renewal risks early, execute renewal planning, forecasting, and negotiations.
• Spot upsell and expansion opportunities, including license extensions and multi‑year deals.
• Act as the voice of the customer inside OroraTech, feeding feedback to product and engineering.
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or account management, preferably with SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record managing $1M+ ARR portfolios and delivering renewal and growth targets.
• Strong understanding of government or utility procurement processes and operational priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
