Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of mid‑market accounts, serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, and drive onboarding, engagement, renewals and expansion. The role is focused on improving mental‑health access for employers and their employees.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers, building relationships with HR leaders, benefits executives and senior stakeholders.
• Lead smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring technical and operational launch readiness.
• Develop and execute success plans, monitor usage and risk indicators, and lead renewal and expansion conversations.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Product and Operations teams to deliver unified customer experiences and act as the voice of the customer.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management or consulting, with a track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical ability to drive outcomes using data and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, adaptable, outcome‑oriented with executive presence and a collaborative mindset.
