Customer Success Manager

About the role

Humata Health is looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our provider customers. You will guide them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of our healthcare solutions, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with assigned customers, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and support.
• Develop and execute success plans aligned with customers' strategic goals and operational workflows.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights on ROI and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product Development, and subject‑matter experts to align solutions with customer needs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, driving cross‑functional initiatives to improve product performance.
• Drive retention, renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver tailored reports and presentations on customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success or consulting, preferably in healthcare or technology.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs.
