Customer Success Manager (French)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a bilingual Customer Success Manager to help North American clients adopt and expand their use of Odoo’s integrated ERP suite. The role blends software knowledge with business consulting, guiding customers from implementation through renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing Odoo customers to understand their operations and drive product adoption.
• Analyze client workflows, recommend best‑practice configurations, and support successful implementation.
• Lead the subscription renewal process and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams throughout the customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• 1‑2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience, with a proven record of meeting quotas.
• Passion for technology and SaaS solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite (Google Workspace) applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment.
