Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Tech

About the role

Join Anthropic's Customer Success team in a high‑visibility, high‑impact role driving AI adoption across a select group of enterprise accounts in the Enterprise Tech segment. As the dedicated Customer Success Manager you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the full potential of Claude’s API, Claude Code, Cowork and related capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with decision‑makers in complex, matrixed organizations and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Own the customer lifecycle, creating structured operational assessments, success plans, and executive business reviews.
• Become an expert on Anthropic’s products (API, Claude Code, Cowork) and guide customers toward the right solutions.
• Develop consumption plans, ROI hypotheses, and quantify outcomes to drive continued investment.
• Monitor usage, identify optimization opportunities, and drive value from contracted commitments.
• Lead change‑management initiatives such as Train‑the‑Trainer programs, Centers of Excellence, and organizational enablement.

Required profile

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with Fortune‑500 technology companies or SaaS platforms at the executive level.
• Proven ability to lead organization‑wide change or adoption programs with C‑suite sponsorship.
• Strong track record managing multiple enterprise accounts and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Passion for AI and responsible development, with hands‑on experience building with Claude Code.
