Customer Service Representative (Team Member)

About the role

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its store in Seville, Ohio (575 Center St). The position is flexible, covering days, evenings, overnight shifts and weekends, and involves working inside and outside the store to keep it tidy and serve customers quickly and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register and act as cashier
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program
• Move around the store to help maintain high standards of appearance
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers and attend regularly and predictably on site

Required profile

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds overhead and occasionally up to 60 pounds, bend and twist, and climb ladders or move signs
