Customer Service Representative (Member Services)

About the role

Achieve, a digital personal finance company, is hiring a Customer Service representative for its Member Services team. You will help members move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions, from onboarding and new account setup to answering questions and coaching them along the way. The role is 100% work from home, Monday to Friday, starting November 30, 2026, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Local employees of the Tempe/Phoenix area may work from the Tempe office, which is optional.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with members by phone and email, showing care in every interaction
• Listen to members and provide empathy and solutions to their unique needs
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices
• Accurately document member interactions and activity

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or retail)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available for an 8-hour shift between 6am and 8pm
• People-focused approach and solution mindset
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
