Customer Service Representative

About the role

AC Plus Heating & Air, serving Southern California since 2001, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for its marketing team in Victorville. The role covers all verbal and written communication with customers, and suits people who enjoy helping others and have strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming calls and emails
• Generate sales leads
• Provide accurate and valid information to customers
• Handle questions, complaints and returns and find quick solutions
• Keep records of customer interactions and process received files
• Follow communication procedures and policies
• Respond quickly to product and service questions and concerns
• Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer support experience
• Ability to handle many incoming calls accurately
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
