Customer Service Representative

About the role

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support. The CSR plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co.’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, etc., providing timely and accurate information on orders, status, and product knowledge.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns, and resolve complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
• Maintain and review the customer database to track account information, order statuses, lead times, and provide feedback on service failures.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor, Sales Representatives, and other teams on quotes, order status, and safe workplace practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service orientation.
• Excellent time‑management ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle adversity and conflict, working well in a team environment.
• Understanding of business practices related to pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Computer data‑entry proficiency.
