Customer Guide Engagement Specialist

About the role

Guidehealth is looking for a Customer Guide Engagement Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for members, patients, and providers. In this role you will combine empathetic customer service with deep knowledge of healthcare benefits and care‑management programs, helping customers navigate complex processes and maximize their health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls, program inquiries, and outbound outreach such as enrollment invitations and clinical quality calls.
• Provide medication refill reminders, blood pressure checks, wellness check‑ins, and other proactive health engagements.
• Resolve member and provider issues promptly while delivering a courteous, human‑centered experience.
• Build trust and educate customers on available benefits and care programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and empathetically.
• Comfort with handling high‑volume phone interactions.
