Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Austin Bank’s branch team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and accurate assistance while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver superior service tailored to their banking and financial needs.
• Understand and comply with regulatory requirements for financial transactions, specifically the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Customer Identification Program (CIP).
• Build strong relationships to promote customer loyalty and trust in Austin Bank.
• Collaborate with colleagues, attend meetings, and contribute to departmental goals.
• Stay informed of company communications and updates.
• Participate in ongoing training and personal development approved by the company.
• Uphold the organization’s values of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
