About the role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team. Full training will be provided and no prior experience is required – just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and clear customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
- Follow company procedures and contribute to service improvements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Required profile
